Frank Brown, APA-C

Frank is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over two decades of experience in prehospital trauma care, austere medicine, and operational healthcare leadership. He holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies and a Doctor of Medical Science degree, with advanced training in systems-based practice and medical planning. Throughout his career, he has led medical readiness, training, and operational support initiatives in complex and resource-variable environments. He founded Nomad Solutions Group to strengthen institutional resilience through disciplined, partnership-driven capacity building and preparedness programming.

Noel Dunn, MD

Noel is a Family Medicine physician, military veteran, and healthcare entrepreneur with experience in primary care, leadership, and austere medical environments. He has dedicated his career to serving patients and communities through compassionate, practical, and mission-driven care. Drawing on his background, he is committed to expanding access to high-quality care and supporting education, readiness, and service through the Nomad Solutions Group.
